Now Hiring - Corporate BDC Director in Marina, CA

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Cold call potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
- Utilize retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques and strategies.
- Proficient in market research and analysis.
- Excellent understanding of inventory control principles.
- Solid understanding of retail math concepts and their application in business decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
